Yeap, once when I got hired and then about 8 months later. They also made me do urine tests at the same time as the hair test, kind of seemed pointless to me but I wasn't paying for them I did, but I stopped about 10 years ago. It stopped being fun and I just got real paranoid when I did it I wouldn't worry too much about it
