(I was literally going to pack it and keep in the car the next weekend) I was thinking okay they'll give me some meds and I can go home. Fucking Nope. The nurse came in and was like ... well get comfortable because you're not leaving without a baby .... So they set the automatic cuff to keep checking my blood pressure every 30 mins. It was bad .... the doctor came in to look at my arm and she was like ... oh my god its bruising you. I ended up with these purple bruises. They were monitoring me for preeclampsia. My blood pressure has been high ever since.

I can only give blood from my right arm. They crushed my left arm to death when I was in the hospital taking my blood pressure every half hour when I was in labor. I couldn't use it for like 4 days afterwards.
