It was stupid busy all week here .... aaand I fucked around and worked atleast 30 mins off the clock because I didnt want to get in trouble for overtime. Turns out 4 other people have been getting overtime for 2 weeks without consequences. If I had've known that I would have just stayed to my normal time today. Stupid.

The tube with the meds came out of my back so I felt all my labor pains the whole night in addition to the bad bruises I got on my arm from the automatic blood pressure cuff. The anesthesiologist was so fucking pissed when I went in for surgery and nobody realized I wasnt numb until I got on the operating table. Thats how I ended up with a spinal block. The night nurse I had that night was extra shitty. I dunno if she had just lost her bf, was a racist, or what but she was a whole bitch. Im not sure if they made her apologize the next night or she realized she was a bitch on her own. I had a new nurse the next night. All the other nurses I had were great though

That. The cesearean is painless, the recovery was a bitch. The nurse was really good though with helping me. Sitting up, scooting to the edge of the bed, and standing that first time .... felt like my guts were going to fall out. It took all of my strength to make it to the bathroom because I was determined not to fall on that nurse. After I was able to get up and move thats when they started with the painkillers on a regular basis. Then my dumbass got cocky and was like oh Im cool now I dont need the painkillers Im strong ... that last dose wore off and I was like CALL THE NURSE I MADE A MISTAKE
