Because turkey is naturally bland. It’s hard to cook well. Ham is usually sold precooked, often glazed. It’s easy and it tastes good. Also, I just don’t like turkey. If I had my choice, I’d go duck.

huh. i have roughly the same clientele and have never had a problem. maybe it's because i mumble and they can't really understand me anyway.
