  1. It wasn't French. That's Anna Kendrick with the SNL cast at the time. They did 5 different episodes with different French songs in each.
  2. Originally saw it here -
  3. Steve "Mongo" McMichael ('85 Bears Super Bowl Champs, WWE & WCW Wrestler, HC Chicago Slaughter '07-'13, Mayoral (Romeoville, IL) candidate) announces he's been fighting ALS. "I thought I was ready for anything," McMichael says. "But man. This will sneak up on you like a cheap-shotting Green Bay Packer." https://wgntv.com/news/former-chicago-bear-steve-mongo-mcmichael-reveals-he-is-battling-als/
  4. Switching to bass didn't hurt McCartney's career none either.
  5. Henceforth, gaining "compound interest" will be known as "interesting" for short.
  6. 24+ hrs later - Unfortunately, most of the symptoms I'm feeling could be attributed to other things. Slight cough - Allergies or shot reaction? Tiredness - Getting only 4 hrs sleep or shot reaction? Slight muscle soreness - Doing more walking around yesterday than I have been or shot reaction? Digestive issues - my normal fructose problem or shot reaction?
  7. #1 on board today.
  8. That movie don't count - it's not an Ian Fleming novel.
  9. You got a "lair"? You can't be a cool Bond villain without a tricked out lair.
  10. Yeah that is pretty weird. Liars Club & The Red Lion (Brit pub) both are supposed to be haunted. I went to the Lion before I heard it was haunted & told the friend I was with that I bet it was. There was something to the vibe of the place - I figured someone died upstairs & the story is that a woman committed suicide up there.
  11. Forgot to mention, you could check out any one of the Comedy Clubs too. I don't know what the situation will be with Covid in June, but there's iO Theater (Improv Olympic) and of course, Second City. Second City was up for sale - I think someone bought it so I don't know if they'll have anything going on by that time. Then again, that would be a bit of a "Busman's Holiday".
