There are two rank systems. The one we traditionally think of as ranks with the colors is actually "member groups" and the one you're speaking about is the actual "rank" system. It's what luuv set up on the previous software that kinda of laid dormant when we first upgraded to IPB several years back. Haven't figured out what to do with it yet.

I stopped looking and just turned back to see he's down nine votes at about 140 votes in The c-span chyron just says "Rep. Jordan does not have the votes. Third speaker vote expected"

You beat me to my edit. 50 votes and there are three "other" votes. I doubt Jordan will enjoy the outcome of vote #2.

I think McCarthy got 19 votes on his first ballot, but I think there are known "performative" no votes that will flip on second ballot.

"other" just hit five votes so I think that seals the first ballot even though they're only a quarter of the way through.
