yo they redirected us to like three different baggage carousels, and then we go and stand outside with the mob of people before we finally sus out that the Hertz shuttle stop is like three football fields away because there is no signage BUT it didn't matter because it took like two hours there anyways because they were bringing out one car every ten minutes and there was a line of angry people and then once we finally got the car we still couldn't leave for ages because they wouldn't let the car ahead of us go uuuggghh

too many people + lack of signage + incompetence just waited in line for an hour+ for a vehicle that was supposed to be reserved haven't eaten in 8 hours slowly dying very cranky rip me

I have admittedly been posting a lot of tweets recently. Hmm. Is it a browser thing? I'd have to look into it. They were such a convenient shortcut but if people aren't all able to see them then maybe we'll have to back off.

What browser do you use? I feel like someone else was complaining about Twitter not embedding for them properly either a while back.

Yo so I've been like 10-15 pounds overweight. So I quit drinking soda in August and lost no sugar weight over the following few months, and then I fell off the wagon on Thanksgiving and (not that I'm a heavy consumer of it now) I've gained another five-ish pounds. I think the cannibal is just pushing me forward regardless.

the warm weather worked, but the rain/snow started already before the temps dipped below freezing (in about an hour) so all horizontal surfaces gonna go right from wet to freezing rip

Temperatures are supposed to upswing out of freezing, like 38 today and 50 tomorrow, just enough to get the remaining ice off my driveway. Then we get another storm over the weekend.

On ASMB, your ability to delete a post was tethered to whether it was anchored by a direct reply, but the IPB software doesn't categorize posts that way. Because the software doesn't distinguish that, or between posts and threads generally, if an OP deleted their OP it would delete the entire thread. So it's turned off by default for everyone. Some (likely older) non-volunteer custom ranks have the ability to hide their posts, but that's best explained as a horribly tedious cleanup/conforming job that's as far down the list as possible.
