With an entertaining anime, you just suspend your disbelief and enjoy the ride sometimes.

NOT ONLY does he figure out the armor piercing thing.... but he figures out how to survive being bitten without turning as well... IN THE SAME DAY. Plots got a few holes, lets just say that.

Lately It doesn't do any better than Naruto does at a later (and worse) time slot. So you could probably swap Naruto and HxH and Naruto would actually get better ratings most likely. That seems like pretty low performance to me.

Lol his chronic illness is burnout. Don't believe the "back problems" or "he's addicted to dragonquest" excuses. So yeah ....we think it's boring and the ratings reflect that a lot of people feel the same way. He probably bashes it so much because it gets such an entertaining reaction =P

Yeah I mean, it's definitely one of the top anime for that year. It had two things going heavily against it though. Derided as a not quite as good as AOT knockoff. Competing with RE Zero. Off the top of my head I can name a few characters from AOT ....Mikasa, Erin, Armin, Levi. Quick, name 4 characters from Kabaneri off the top of your head! No cheating.

It's hilarious how people are like ... it's only been 34 episodes, ya just gotta wait... it's building up to something! Any minute now it's gonna get good! That's like watching 3 seasons of a normal anime waiting for it to get good.

Kabaneri is actually pretty good. Kind of falls apart in the second half but still decent. It's basically AOT with Iron zombies instead of titans. The characters aren't as memorable though. Last I heard it was actually more popular in Japan than Re Zero, don't ask me why since Zero dominates the rankings pretty much everywhere else.

All of super is horribly animated from what I hear. It's a shameless cash grab and they didn't even put any effort into it.

You need a really good voice over director or you'll get a shit performance out of even the best voice actors. If you want to see shit voice acting go play FF10. Awful performances all around. Even Wakka, voiced by the guy that does Bender from Futurama gives a wooden and awful performance.

I gave it about 10 episodes until I was like... welp this show is a big bag of nothing.
