Mob and Academia are so much better than Ghoul it's not even funny.

I made it through about 8 episodes of Tokyo Ghoul before I had to call it quits. It sucks. Only the hype made me sit through that many episodes. So how does it feel Jman, you are victorious after a long battle.

Hey they also show Yosuga no Sora, where a guy ends up banging his twin sister. It's not quite as classy as funimation stuff. Also.... almost none of the anime they show was popular enough to get an English Dub, it's pure bottom of the barrel.

It's complicated but Olympusat actually ran the channel, and ran it really poorly so I think Funimation's idea was to tell them to F off, and then launch their own channel that they actually had control of. But they forgot the part where they actually launch a new channel.

Yeah I canceled TOKU pretty fast. Its entire lineup is defunct media blasters garbage. Even Toonami wouldn't touch anything on their lineup with a 10 foot pole. Right now TOKU is marathoning a show called princess princess. And that's the other thing, they marathon everything instead of showing one ep a week like funimation did. They also show gay and incest anime. But yes the Funimation channel was supposed to relaunch in 2016.... but.... nothing. I think they just said screw it and are sticking with their website.

The funimation channel ended up getting changed to TOKU last year.... which plays horrible anime and live action movies non stop. No funi shows. Sucks because I actually liked it.

The original Kai soundtrack played during the Goku vs Cell fight was perfect. You can barely even find it online now.

You may not have noticed but a lot of the people on these boards take it very personally when you tell them that the show they like.... sucks.

Same creators, studio, same plot lines recycled between the 3 shows, same universe, same time line, same voice actors, and crossovers. If you want to argue that it's not technically a spin off, the main reason would be because it wasn't supposed to be, it was supposed to be a replacement for Family guy which had been canceled.

People should be tired of it, it's had an insanely long run with 2 spinoff shows doing the same cutaway gag humor. Live action sitcoms don't get to last this long, that's for sure.

My only problem with Kai is the soundtrack is pretty awful. No cell theme, no SS3 theme.. all the buu themes... these were all gold. Kai actually had a good soundtrack but the entire thing was sacked due to copyright problems.

I think I'd axe the entire block except for Kai and JoJo at this point.

I remember there was like... 5 episodes where they're just flying to where BUU is. Original BUU saga was padded as hell.

Feels like they condensed about 5 episodes into one, Kai is moving at a fairly brisk pace.

I think the biggest problem was the constant daily spam attacks. The people doing that should have had their IP banned immediately.

Mystic Gohan was, but uhhh he forgot it... or something.

Or because the guy basically had the same reaction I had about the recap episode.

I'm almost sure that after Super there's no way the DBZ ending with UUB can fit.

It's also pretty pathetic when they retcon the end of DBZ and all of GT out of existence
