  1. Those are good points, but also the anonymity (AS is very well known and you can "accidentally" "out" yourself to people you know irl there, there is basically 0 chance of that happening here), there is no filter dodging required...
  2. Honestly I'd prefer UEMB being the defacto "unofficial" ASMB. I don't want the official boards back. It would be pretty cool if you were to intern with them though!
  3. We actually haven't played any gigs yet. Out first gig is scheduled for June 23 in Fresno. I don't know when we'll branch out, but we definitely do plan on playing in Sacramento in time.
  4. Also the Texas Rangers recently released Tim Lincecum. I don't think he ever pitched in the majors for them. https://sportsday.dallasnews.com/texas-rangers/rangers/2018/06/05/rangers-grant-outright-release-pitcher-tim-lincecum
  5. Madison Bumgarner made his first start of the season yesterday, coming off a long stint on the disabled list. He did ok. Went 6 innings giving up 2 earned runs. Got the loss.
  6. Oh, now I think I remember! When our drummer was putting the page together, he said facebook wouldn't allow him to do it without putting an address, and he didn't want to put his home address on it, so he put in an address to something in Sacramento.
  7. I have no idea where either of our sites say we are in Sacramento, other than our drummer posting his phone number which has a Sacramento area code (he used to live there, doesn't anymore, but kept the number).
  8. I wasn't even trying to say it was her you had a crush on, I was just naming another mlp fan from the old boards.
  9. Holy fuck, you're in Fresno? >_> Yep, new singer.
  10. The song Sugar, from the self titled album, was relatively popular at the time. Not as much as the Toxicity hits though. If I remember correctly, Chop Suey was the first major hit off Toxicity, but yeah, there were others. I think there was a title track, Aerials... that's all that's coming to mind. I think Aerials had the most commercial staying power, and I think it was also the last one released from the album.
  11. If you actually look at the link I posted, no. It's called Limited Edition Tour CD. Basically, there is no album between System of a Down and Toxicity, unless you count EPs. You are remembering wrong.
  12. According to wikipedia, there were no studio albums in between the 2, but there was an EP.
  13. Jesus Christ, Paul Goldschmidt of the D-backs came into tonight's game against the Giants with a batting average of .208. He's been in the major's for quite a while now, and his average ALWAYS is either above .300 or slightly lower than .300. What the hell happened this year?
  14. Did someone film your toast? I think we'd all love to see it. And before you or someone else is a smart ass, I don't mean a piece of bread that came out of a toaster.
  15. Why did you post this when you didn't "win"?
  16. Why's it gotta be BLACK protestants, huh?
  17. Some Linkin Park song that I can't remember the name of. Poison - Every Rose Has its Thorn
  18. My condolences. At least he lived long enough to accomplish his goal.
  19. AC/DC and Julio Iglesias were neofascists? Interesting...
