From what I could gather from the video that was I watching (not one of Jenna's own videos) is that some new fans went through some of her old videos and called her out about being un-PC and Jenna felt that she had come a long way since she started but she didn't want to keep "hurting people" in this way, blah blah blah... something about cancel culture. Fuckin' A. I have mad respect for people who play multiple instruments, and you're on four right now, not including the one from your youth you didn't keep up on. Right on. I've played guitar since 1996 I think. I would love to play multiple instruments, but I'm too lazy to start over from square 1 on another instrument. I actually started to learn the recorder around 2015 or 2016, but the guy that was doing the online lessons that I liked kinda stopped putting videos out suddenly and I couldn't find any other online lessons I liked, so I gave up. I still play the guitar though.

I've never had any deaf CUSTOMERS, but when I was very new to my current job, I needed some help putting a wrist-strap on a handheld scanner, I just went to the person at the next station over for help. He happened to be deaf (didn't know that before I asked him for help), but he knew exactly what I needed and helped me out with no problem.
