  1. So, did I catch that right, the nudist is opening a meat and potatoes stall?
  2. I'll say it again, how the hell do these people survive years dealing with titans, often in titan territory, and not learn rule fucking one: don't let your guard down in enemy territory.
  3. Ahh, yeah. Kinda surprised I never shared that one. Saw it a couple years ago. Is brilliant. I haven't had much cause to dig through youtube anymore for music ideas, so kinda stuck with the old standbys.
  4. Serves 'em right. How the fuck have they survived this long and not learned to stay alert in the middle of enemy territory?
  5. Wait, why is shooting him immediately not an option?
  6. There was the Josh thread in rants, about all the terrible Josh's of the world.
  7. It's no "Spiders on Drugs" tho.
  8. This is when you know maybe you're just getting too old for anime. All the big names are huge disappointments anymore.
  9. Huh. Damn. I really haven't been paying attention. I guess there was another time skip or something.

    Hi

    Konpeko.
  11. ...I have been on these boards (or the internet in general) way too damned long, to have actually predicted the coffee enema post.
  12. Trick question. You can't steal from rich people, you can only steal from the people they exploit to get rich.
  13. I swear every time I've checked in on this show it's gone in a completely different direction. Does the story even remotely resemble what it started out as anymore?
  14. A couple more easy ones: Konichiwhat's up? Arigathanks.
  15. If you thought 2020 was bad, just wait for the sequel. Actually, can't decide if 2021 is the sequel or the reboot. 2022 sounds more like a 2020 sequel.
  16. I think by definition all drinks are solutions, yes.
  17. Call Me, Call Me was always the saddest part of this series for me. Better question: Her identity is completely fabricated. How did it even reach her?
  18. Took me a few too many episodes to realize they're shortening the opening now as well as the ending.
  19. Finally got around to watching this. Maybe it's just nostalgia goggles, or a bad memory, but I don't remember the original making quite so many political jabs. Enjoyed the animation. Writing was eh. Seemed like they weren't sure what audience they were actually targeting. Leaned heavily towards the older demographic, but with everything reined in for some semblance of young appeal. I kinda felt like they completely missed the mark on what was so endearing about the original. A kids show that was clever. Turning it into a young adults' show that is cartoony is just out of touch. And yeah, obviously they also needed a more diverse cast. Taking the variety out of the show is, again, missing out on the original charm.
