Maybe? I used to have the physical subscription back when they were first starting out in the US. But when it moved into the digital, that was a nope for me. I loved the idea of getting this huge frickin' manga every month that I could just read in bits and enjoy at leisure. I've never really been able to do that with digital medias. I'd say I'm addicted to paper media but maybe I'm addicted to bookmarks. Considering that I think the final Shonen Jump magazine happened before my paid subscription ran out, I might still have a credit to access things but never bothered.

I don't haz an apartment panther. I haz a feral raccoon-tabby who threatened to hork when I went to retrieve this because she decided its hers. But for those into all the things apartment panther, a head's up that this month's box from CatLady is Black Cat themed. The big item in the Crazy box this time is a super soft throw, white with little black kitties doing black kitty things all over it. I think people can just buy the throw directly too but I have a subscription so unknown. I do know that older items come up on the website in later months as potential add-ons. I'm getting the evil eye right now. Bitchcakes wants the blankie back while it still has new package smell.

For some reason, I can always tell when they would use non-dairy milk in my fancy coffee. With all the sugars going on, you'd think there wouldn't be any problems but I end up getting DragonSinger's McNugget warning if there's fake milk in my real coffees. I don't have issues with fake milk outside of that though, I just think it tastes weird. I finally had to make sure to request real milk specifically when placing an order. Just because I'm getting a vegetarian sammich doesn't mean I'm a vegan.

I occasionally go for the vanilla soy milk when I have to have something in the fridge that's non-dairy if my vegan friend stops by. But otherwise, I tend to stick to goat for milk because it's ulcer calming.

I won't believe this until there is a Meth-n-Cocaine-n-RedBull fueled rant on Twit from the very sober, very not up to his own pits is shit former WH dancing boy Drumpfy Jr. So, stay tuned as the same people who claim that the FBI has been personally weaponized against them for so much as looking in their direction suddenly decide that the FBI is very fine people doing the greatest job in the world, no questions asked. 🙄

Ventrexians are cats and cats tend to pee on things to mark their territory. So that's the basic background on that - the Ventrexian way is the way of the cat and since they needed to reclaim the ship from Clarence [ the tiny creepy gnome in glasses ] for the season two quest for keys for a quantum prison cube, Cato peed on everything because that's how it goes sometimes. The others joining in was as mentioned a tension reliever between the more serious stuff that had happened prior [ Avocado and Quinn ] and all the stuff that was about to happen. Then again, I have a slightly biased almost frat-boy sense of humor sometimes. I still laugh myself sick over the Great Cornholio. It's just Beavis on sugar and it's repetitive but it's still hilarious.

Everyone got pissed on that participated. She was going to be their Queen, there's a price. To be fair, this was a comedic break between serious loss leading to character deaths as the series progressed.

We got one where every job they'd had they lasted maybe a month tops and they were all things like dishwasher and stocker. The job they wanted [ which isn't even one that we have as an opening ] was 'Management' . There was another where they claimed they were currently attending 'colledge studing cooding' . Shit you not. And yes, English was their first language. If their supposed education had listed anything from overseas, I wouldn't have cared to remember all the mis-spellings because English is a stupid language.

Drama with comedy interspersed to relieve the tension. That's why you end up with say an episode with a sequence where mainly the males of the series are having a literal pissing contest while other episodes deal with feelings of loss, abandonment, betrayal and depression. As Jman already pointed out, the type of animation involved and being a Western production makes it hard to market as a pure drama to the people who make the decision while still apparently never actually watching anything. And I'm guessing that the animation used was done to make things more affordable in the long run while appealing to a wider audience that would include the Family Guy / Simpsons set. Too much detail and the price starts to go up by the line after all.

I thought it had its moments, the script was very serial in nature, and the now apparently final season ended on a cliffhanger that should have easily allowed for at least another season if not two. I do not care for these permadeathes. It's a cheat for money, kills off content that could at least by played for filler somewhere, and honestly, if I was a creator with a show like 'Final Space' ready for marketing, things like this would make me less likely to willingly work with such a company. They are not just killing off content, they are making it unlikely that good creators will want to work with them unless the conditions are super good and very long term for said creator.

According to every republican currently running for office, the economy is tanking and it's everyone else's fault but theirs and that's all you should think about when going to the polls. Everyone around here is hiring and hiring hard but what few applications we actually get in might as well be written in crayon. -.-;
