Not really. Way too many of those trucks have had things like AC removed to help 'speed along the process / save money' but it's resulting in delivery drivers collapsing on the job during heat waves. Went to Dragon Con. Wore a mask when indoors except when eating / drinking as requested. Fully vaccinated. Kept distance whenever possible. Tested positive for covid this morning when not even the nyquil worked overnight. Can't even get comfortable enough to sleep. I always leave those decisions to the people in the folder themselves, up to and including making discussion threads to fill the gaps on Saturday nights. If something is reported, I'll be there but the discussion stuff is all theirs to make. Plus, it's always seemed like a cheat for me to make one since I can float my own threads. I was sent 8 tests recently. As a single, I'm currently good at the amount I have in the medicine cabinet. I am taking 2 tests with me to Atlanta as a general precaution. I'd rather have them and not need them. This way if my systems start to cascade, I'm 20 minutes from being able to strike covid from the list of reasons and if there's someone who thinks they might like to have one on hand, I'll have a spare.

Another argument for individual discussion threads is that at the end of the day, not everyone cares for every show airing. Individual discussion threads allow for people to skip the show discussion they don't care for without having to drag through all the posts leading up to that particular section of the night's discussion. Especially helpful for those people who don't watch it as it aires but return later and might want to make a comment or three about things.

I will forever be curious about Write-ins. Not that there aren't legit ones out there that have their supporters but just didn't have the money or the time to specifically get on the ballot in time. I just want to see how many Muppets or Rick Astleys get on there.
