Even if you stay within a certain caloric limit, this one meal compromise hurts you more than it helps....I get that your not doing it everyday, but it still does it's damage to your metabolism....if you want to lose the weight and keep it off it requires restructuring how your body processes what you put into it...that means scheduled eating times, portion control, and sticking to pre-specified food stuffs....
alright that's it, that's all i'm gonna say....it's none of my business, it was just an itch I had to scratch....totally held back, didn't even mention exercise...
