  1. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Besides, parts can be repaired. Lost opportunities are gone forever.
  2. We think the better question is "Is it safe not to?"
  3. Such confidence.
  4. Because of the situation you're in right now. Or any remotely similar one where the actions of the company affect you adversely, and your rights hinge upon that classification. It's not unreasonable to think such an event would happen, quite the opposite. Companies are motivated to make a profit. They are not motivated to have your best interests in mind. It's naive to think they won't try to dick you over in some fashion, and being ignorant of the terms of your employment makes it all the more probable they will succeed in doing so. Generally, if you signed something, you should have received a copy of it. You should also have retained that copy. But given your purported apathy towards your self-interest, that seems unlikely.
  5. Fucking Canada geese.
  6. The point of starfighters is to defend your orbital cannon from other starfighters. Conventional aircraft pose zero threat.
  7. All mimsy were the borogroves, And the mome raths outgrabe.
  8. Hmmm. Good to know you've only ever bothered 39 girls online. We figured it would have been more. Silver linings.
  9. That's one perspective.
  10. The foreground.
  11. Because releasing games that you don't want on systems you do have is a stupid business model.
  12. So you're just being a creepy weirdo taking rando pictures while squatting. Got it.
  13. My, what a desolate place this is. You live there, or just being a creepy weirdo taking rando pictures while visiting?
  14. The dance scene in Spider-Man 3. The rest of the movie is absolute garbage, sure. But that particular part gets a lot of hate, and We didn't think it at all egregious.
  15. Doing so without seriously understanding how long you could survive unemployed, without having a well-thought out and ready to go course of action to obtain a new job, and without the willingness to commit all effort to said plan would be quite terrible. Doing so with those things would be less bad, but still highly reckless.
  16. It can't just be that. There are more accessible means to that end, with fewer negatives. To be clear, We're not simply thinking about inverted power fantasies. Submission is a broad category, and most pockets of it are easily explained. Light name calling can help set mood, particularly when one has trouble articulating sexuality. Vulnerability heightens the stakes, increasing the payoff. Objectification can be viewed through a lens of desirability. But when taken to the degree of shame... We don't know. Perhaps it is an attempt to reclaim some past trauma?
  17. No. It's a fetish We've never understood. Physical pain, We get, in a carnal sense. Why anyone would want to bring emotional baggage along with is beyond Us.
  18. We feel as though it happened once. And while there is still a semantics issue, it's rendered all the more moot by the vast probability that We're thinking of someone else.
  19. There will be plenty of opportunities for Us to do so, when it won't feel like We're being an enabler. Lash out, if you must. We're making a judgment call, and must accept the consequences that go with it. At the end of the day, it's all we can do. Instead, We shall clarify Our previous point with another cliche: This, too, shall pass.
  20. For starters, it's not Our place to. But also, We figured a sermon on "Life is pain" would be even less productive. That doesn't leave Us much room, if We're going to be genuine, and We don't think so little of you as to warrant offerings of sunshine and phoniness.
  21. Shadows and dust.
  22. Eh... It's possible. But We're not getting Our hopes up. We're not nearly as optimistic as We once were.
