  1. Few years ago I sold a few World of Warcraft loot cards from the TCG. Made something like $500 in profit, $150 or so from a single card. I miss those days.
  2. Mixture of salt, garlic powder, onion powder/Vidalia onion flakes, Hungarian paprika, and a few drops of hoisin sauce.
  3. One day I am going to cosplay as her.
  4. There won't be any left over, honestly. Perhaps I can interest you in some turkey legs white people nibbled on once or twice and considered it "done."
  5. Gotta work on Thanksgiving so I won't be cooking at home. I will, of course, be prepping the 100 turkeys at work for Thanksgiving day, in addition to all the other items on the menu. WEEEEEEEEEEEE! JUST FUCK ME UP NOW, FAM!
  6. I wish my parents would have done that for me. You know, SUPPORTING me in my endeavors. My sister is a supposed musical prodigy but she wasn't pushed into it. Things happened organically as she was growing up and developed an affinity for music. She wanted to sing and play piano and her father supported her. Much as I despise my family, they did not force her into music. At worst she has to go to practice after school. Boo hoo.
  7. Because it wasn't for you. At that age, if I tried to pass a note to a boy and someone else got it, I'd be embarrassed. Maybe not run away crying embarrassed, but I can see why she did that.
  8. I bought most of those posters back in May, and honestly it was an uphill battle. Plenty of sites and vendors make "custom" posters for games but a lot of them look shitty or cost way too damn much. A lot of the ones on the walls were what I could find that looked ok or were the right price. Definitely saw a bunch for my favorite games that were reasonably priced but when I looked into it, the posters were terrible quality. Much as I would have loved to have say, a Halo 2 poster, there weren't any aesthetically pleasing ones that weren't also insanely overpriced. A lot were actual ones from back in the day and people want like $500+ for a little poster. (That being said, I am considering breaking down and buying a Master Chief statue, but again, they're overpriced, going for about $2,200.)
  9. Everything was bad compared to the PS2. It's literally the best selling game console of all time. Much as I love Xbox, they only survived because of Halo.
  10. Hellz yea I am. Plus they're basically free now. I even got a box of RF adapters to go with the consoles. Whole thing cost $10. (And 3 VCRs to work around not having an RF adapter.)
  11. In terms of exclusives, you could also add to that games like Fable, Jet Set Radio Future, Panzer Dragoon Orta, and Phantom Dust. But there were a lot of non exclusives I prefer to play on the original Xbox, versus the PS2, and vice versa.
  12. There are 8 Xboxes. Only 3 are in the pictures. I don't have the massive collection I used to have with 38 consoles and 300+ games, but I have a decent amount now. NES - x1 Wii - x1 Wii U - x1 GameBoy Color - x1 Sega Genesis - x1 Sega Saturn - x1 Sega Dreamcast - x1 Sega GameGear - x1 Xbox - x8 Xbox 360 -x1 Xbox One -x2 PS2 - x1 PS3 -x1 PS4 -x2 Gaming computers -x3 And I have maybe 100 physical copies of various games at the moment, and another 200 or so digital ones (thanks, Steam).
  13. I just wait a year or so on most things and get them on sale. Both my Xbox Ones, both my PS4s, my Wii U, and a good bit of games and online subscription codes come from sales and Black Friday leftovers (you'd be surprised how many goodies you find for cheap even towards the end of the night on Black Friday.) My TVs are from pawn shops, store closings or the curb. The one thing I put lots of money down on was a refurbished computer tower I got secondhand from an animation studio. Spent $1,100. That was in 2011. Still got the same one, and it's only now becoming truly obsolete. Except the graphics card, which has been replaced 4 times thus far.
  14. There are about 6 more posters I didn't stage anywhere, but I wouldn't against a Gun Star Heroes poster. Only problem is most of the ones I see online have the admittedly terrible promo art.
  15. There 10 CRTs, 9 identical/smaller ones, and 1 big one. Upstairs there are four HD TVs of various sizes. I specifically got the older TVs because older games run better on them. And I don't wanna hear someone bitch about their TV lagging when I crush them in Halo. *Edit: A word
  16. Both the PS4s are upstairs with the Xbox Ones, gaming computers, and Wii U.
  17. Preferably during the inaugural LAN party next month.
  18. About 7 years ago my Xbox and my very small TV were actually in the kitchen.
  19. Gonna try to do at least one a month, would love to try for every weekend but realistically not enough people will show up.
  20. Took some folding chairs/tables and sticky tack and staged the game room. Work in progress but here are some pictures:
  21. A few are my screenshots but most aren't. Couldn't find 'em all, but here's some: More chins than a Chinese phonebook
  22. Oh man I have a small collection of these somewhere on my computer. Let me dig some up.
  23. I only used Tindr for like a week or so. Got super liked multiple times a day, everyday. You have to pay for that bullshit, too. I hate how vapid Tindr is, though, so I quit using it. As if a couple of pictures and a tiny paragraph will be enough to judge someone forever. Plus all the dudes swipe yes on like every girl and all the girls swipe no on like 90% of the guys.
