Technically they aren't lying. Do you know every burger except specialty burgers and the QPC come with the little cheese burger meat...even the signature Big Mac. The big meat sits in a warmer and they "make" it when you order it. They didn't specify cook. The hack was to order a mcdouble and ask them to add special sauce.
