The trick here is when McDee's or whatever starts paying 15 bucks an hour, then the hiring phase has to extend past "this guy showed up for the interview."......At a 15/hr wage, you can weed out people who just want one check or want to sit on their ass....So the FIRST thing to do would be to filter supervisors that want quality employees vs Supervisors wanting to cover a shift so they can go home
