Insipid Posted May 22 Posted May 22 I went to this Chinese buffet in the sticks and it made me realize Americanized Chinese food is actually pretty bad. Too sweet, too much ginger when used, and most importantly afraid of the magic ingredient, MSG. 2 Quote
[classic swim] Posted May 22 Posted May 22 Spent 15 bucks on non-workable ear buds. I knew from experience Lighting = piece of fucking shit that doesn’t work... I just gave it the benefit of the doubt since wired ear buds are an endangered species. My phone randomly stopped supporting the “hands free” ones that aren’t even damaged. 2 Quote

Insipid Posted May 24 Posted May 24 I think I've had an "I don't wanna live on this planet anymore" moment. There is a conspiracy theory trending on tik tok that Michael Jackson was helping young boys from Jeffrey Epstein . . . and a lot of young people are eating that shit up. Quote

The_annoying_one Posted May 27 Posted May 27 I’m not sure, but I think I just found an armadillo in my driveway. It’s dark outside and the thing took off running before I could get a decent look at it, but I’m pretty sure that’s what it was. I’ve literally never seen an armadillo before in my life and it kind of creeped me the hell out. 1 Quote

Insipid Posted May 27 Posted May 27 Ready Player One was a really stupid film. The first key was obtained by going backwards on the race. Nobody had discovered it for years. Meanwhile, in Mario Kart Wii, someone discovered on a volcano track that if you go backwards into the lava and spawn on a rock near the finish line, circling it 3 times, the game thinks you raced the whole track 3 times. I think if the movie were more realistic, someone would have discovered the first key in mere hours. 2 Quote

tsar4 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago The weirdness surrounding "The Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch", not involving what is going on in the show's plot. The end of last season had Duane Ollinger (owner of the Ranch) in the hospital with some illness. His son Chad took him to the hospital. Chad had also hired this "treasure hunter" guy (Josh) to help with the search for an entrance into a suspected series of caves. First episode this season, both Ollingers are nowhere to be seen, & Josh essentially taking over the search (with Duane's blessing) & show. It turns out that Chad is incarcerated for killing his cellmate in jail (not mentioned during the show), & Duane had removed himself due to health issues. Today, it was reported that Duane died from complications of ALS. Josh gives off this weird vibe. The show was historically interesting, but I can't stand the guy that's taken over. 1 Quote
