I was watching Star Trek TNG and it got me thinking about a couple of things. The name Dr. Crusher it just sounds like a badass name for a wrestler and why don't wrestlers these have cool sounding names or nicknames anymore. They just have generic sounding first and last names. Or if they do have nicknames it's lame like The Miz it's like what the fuck is a Miz?

There's the old song, "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth." In my case, "All I want for Christmas is my two bottom left molars removed." I guess that's not as catchy. 🙃

All week I've had to come into work at 7:30 to make up time to come in late tomorrow.

But god damn. Starting my days at 6 am and not getting home until 10-11pm is rough. (I work until 4:30 but then Im immediately babysitting at 5)

I'm so tired. 😮‍💨

Gimme a blankey. Imma just nap under my desk.

...

Also I accidently wore joggers instead of scrubs today. Whoops. Guess I'll be comfier all day.

I thought kerrygold butter was supposed to be like top shelf butter. I got a small tub of kerrygold thinking it would be easy to spread, it's solid as a rock. I really wanted good quality bread and butter, instead i got bread with chunks of butter on it cuz the shit wouldnt spread to save its life. And the label says 'naturally softer', bullshit

I recently finished my first watch through of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, and I just looked up online of all the musical references that made it into the names of characters and abilities and such. I used this link: https://jojowiki.com/List_of_References_in_JoJo

Included in this link is this note:

Quote

Akira Otoishi was modeled after the young Kenji Ohtsuki, a Japanese rock musician and award-winning writer.
The pins on Akira's wrists read AC/DC, a reference to the band AC/DC.
Akira is a fan of Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Beck, Van Halen, and Stevie Ray Vaughan.

I'm sorry, but I absolutely refuse to believe that this character's name was not at least partially based on Akira Takasaki, guitarist of Japanese heavy metal band Loudness. Loudness had actually experienced some international success in the 80s. I've bought several of their CDs in brick and mortar stores around California.
