There was no way 50 Cent was gonna genuinely congratulate him on anything 😬😆 4 Quote
Jman Posted July 2 Author Posted July 2 Judge ruled Diddy has to remain in jail. Even with only partial guilt I expect the harshest punishment allowable. 4 Quote

Eh, that's just where he got famous but he's from New York...all his street cred comes from there. He's not really any part of the West coast East Coast beef of the 90s, he just hates most East coast labels like BadBoy and Murder Inc. his beef with Diddy is personal and probably preexisting like his beef with Irv Gotti. You gott realize, he went to them with his music first but he didnt like how east coast labels were trying to play him so he got with Em, and Em introduced him to Dre. 4 Quote

I knew he was from New York and, I figured that’s what it might be about. Dude is always butting heads with someone. He wouldn’t have been part of the beef because that was really just Suge Knight doing his rein of terror and, by that time, Dre had made a break. I just thought it was odd a New Yorker would be part of the west coast scene when east coast rappers were thriving. Didn’t make a whole lot of sense. A guy like Em isn’t going to be a natural fit anywhere, which is probably why Suge couldn’t rattle him. Quote
Sodakandy Posted July 3 Posted July 3 For what it's worth, at least the judge is smart enough to not let him out on bail. He may not be guilty for the serious charges, but he's endangerment to the people who spoke out against him and maybe even to the rest of society. I'm honestly not surprised with the verdict, moreso dissapointed. The detsils anout this case are pretty chilling, but I was actually shocked with the very few victims the prosecution had on stand. He's an evil person, but it seems like the prosecutor over reached with the charges but idk 🫤. Quote

Yes, he IS Eminem’s call, meaning he’s in that stable, but his style is 100% NYC. I WILL give you “west coast adjacent,” as it’s not wrong, per se. He definitely handles business and marketing in a west coast fashion Edited July 5 by lupin_bebop 1 Quote
