The three-part split over two-plus years is just what happens when you adapt it into an anime format while cutting as little as possible. I'm guessing the workload would be too much to finish it all in one go? Or it wouldn't, but it would take them like 5 years to make it with those production values haha. In that case, something like "Final Saga" or "Final Chapter" or "Final Act" would've been better. I can't think of a title that's particularly fitting for Attack on Titan, but you know what I mean. I was wondering why Bleach is having to take breaks too, if the manga is done. But the production values on this new series are pretty insane.
