But seriously, I don't know how that dude does it.  Can't sing, can't direct.  Somehow still gets a cult following and smokeshow wife.

His music is great.

he directs way better than he acts... but so do most producer actor people’s.... Kevin Smith, Jon favreauughughh, Quentin, Ben Affleck....

I LOVE his movies

I will concede he directs much better than he acts.

Also, I checked out the White Zombie bassist, and ... uh.... She was really hot.

As a horror junky who spends considerable time and resources (shudder subscription) on finding scary movies in hopes that they make me feel something bc at least fear is a feeling I can say that Rob Zombie movies actually creep me out

I thought I knew, but when I cross referenced the lyrics, I got every other word wrong.

For instance, I thought he was skipping through the trees, and it made me ask myself why he’s screaming about happily frolicking in the woods.

@Doom Metal Alchemist, get in here.

He's actually pretty straight edge, he drinks but doesn't get drunk and he's a vegan

He just grew up loving those low budget, late night horror movies, and that's the main source for his music

Dragula is probably in my top 5 songs to play randomly.....When I heard that shit on Twisted Metal when I was like 15, I instantly put it on a tape for my car.... I would get in my tempo, and speed down the coast, making machine gun noises and shit......I mean, I still do.....and I still have a crush on the chick in the video....She's probably like 60 now......50

So... he just can't sing worth a shit.  Got it.

But I was a tad bit harsh on his directing skills.

White Zombie's Astro-Creep 2000 was the very first metal album I ever owned. I thought it was pretty damn good at the time. Other than More Human Than Human, I remember loving Electric Head Part 1. I don't really remember anything else other than the song title (not the song itself) "Grease Paint and Monkey Brains" as it is just extremely memorable and at the time to me completely non-sensical, but supposed actually making fun of black metal, which makes sense.

Anyway, when Rob moved away from White Zombie and went solo, I still really liked his voice, but the music surrounding it bored the shit out of me.

Since scoob seems to hate Rob's vocals, I am wondering who he considers to be good metal vocalists.

No one will ever be better than James Hetfield.
