O well it sounded like no one else has to be there and they're all off

Nope. We're all working today but obviously not staying the whole day. I wanted to cut out super early but now since there's some people I have to wait a bit longer

I'm so glad I work at a place that's super flexible with the schedule. As long as we meet our productive hours no one really gives a shit how many hours we actually work. Day after Christmas I technically only have 4 hours off but I'm basically just going to turn my phone on, maybe respond to a text or two or make a phone call if I'm feeling really motivated, and say I'm "working from home" for 4 hours. Ain't shit gonna happen even if I didn't do anything all day but still put 4 hours worked on my timesheet.

That's pretty nice. The lights turned off in my area because the motion sensors don't detect anything. I'm going to finish lunch and then go home. Other people be damned

I had that happen to me one Christmas Eve when I worked in maintenance... I worked 30 miles from home but my dad lived 10 mins away... so I went to his place and hung out with my phone on loud until 5:30 when I went back to work to clock out and go home :D
