Kudasai Posted October 11, 2019 Posted October 11, 2019 I used hate salami when I was a kid but lately I've been indulging in it. I'm also thinking about giving oatmeal another chance.

Lasty Posted October 11, 2019 Posted October 11, 2019 Pickles. I hated fast food hamburger pickles as a kid and I’d always demand mine come without them and get upset when they made a mistake because the flavor of the whole burger really is ruined by the residue, even. Then I had my first real pickle around three years ago. I was tired and stressed and too drained to tell my barista at this cafe that I didn’t want pickles but there they were on the plate next to my sandwich and I always feel bad about wasting food, so I ate them and I was surprised... this is what a pickle SHOULD be, I thought. Crunchy, zesty and satisfying. Not a sad, bitter soggy mess. I smell them first now because my early experience leaves me picky about my pickles. 1 1
Ultima Posted October 11, 2019 Posted October 11, 2019 I hated salad as a kid because I thought it was weak and unmanly, but ever since my early 20s I've loved a good Ceasar Salad and I'm an alpha. There are others.

Doom Metal Alchemist Posted October 12, 2019 Posted October 12, 2019 (edited) I don't know about hated, but as a kid there were a lot of foods I flat out refused to try, but as an adult I finally tried and ended up liking them a lot, bell peppers, Japanese cuisine, Chinese cuisine, enchiladas, onions, shrimp Oh I just thought of one that I hated as a kid, and like a lot now: Teriyaki.
