That's why i got a toshiba. I found a neat one at the pawnshop so who knows how old it was. Thing lasted me from 2009-2014. I just dropped it and messed up the charger but i put tons of porn on it and its turn on NOW if i wanted it to. My new toshiba is shit. Always LOADED with bloatware, but I wouldn't expect one to work worth a F coming from a pawn shop idk. You're probably going to need it tethered to the wall unless you replace the battery on any laptop from a pawn shop for starters.
