I've also helped butcher and castrate bore, not in that order mind you.

I won't be giving a speech about it living any better, it's a pig, pigs don't care as long as they are fed. I will just say that we feed them better, resulting in a healthier animal. Sausage you buy in a supermarket also has sugar added. For the life of me I can't understand why you would want to add sugar.

I love a good uncured roast. Cooked low and slow with some onions, garlic and carrots. Just a dash of salt and pepper...... I just came, or for the easily offended, arrived. 1
