Uh, the blood in the toilet came from the sore or from your urine?

Panicking will not help. Do you have health insurance? If not you might want to Google local walk in clinics call and see what their fees are out of pocket.

If this is actually really bad, it could be an infection. Well that might indicate need for more immediate care, so you might have to go into the ER as a last resort.

It's hard to tell what the best course of action is without more info. Hope this helps.

I would think an infection would hurt. I have some antibiotics. I will just take them.

That could potentially make it worse, infections can get to the point of antibiotic resistant if mistreated. Infections are generally painful though you are right. If it's not super painful is this filled with fluid like a boil sort of? If yes this could just be an inflamed cyst. In which case the best course of acturn is to not antagonize it further. Most of the time cysts of that benign kind will go into remission by themselves.

you're probably going to give yourself MRSA or something if you take a random amount of old antibiotics. go to the doctor

my oldest came over from his mom's one time with an abscess in the crack of his ass, probably from the severe and untreated diaper rash his mom never did shit about. anyways, i took him to the doc, and they had to open it, drain it, and pack it while i held him down. that was one of the top 3 most difficult parenting moments i've encountered yet. poor little feller.

anyways, carry on.

Found it

https://www.your.md/condition/pilonidal-sinus/#symptoms

A pilonidal sinus is a small hole or channel in the skin that most commonly occurs at the top of the cleft between your buttocks. It may not cause any noticeable symptoms unless it becomes infected.

However, not all pilonidal sinuses occur near the buttocks. They have also been recorded in the belly button or between fingers. In many cases, there is more than one channel.

If the sinus becomes infected, an abscess will usually develop. An abscess is a painful collection of pus that causes symptoms such as:

pain

redness of the skin

pus draining from the sinus (the pus usually smells unpleasant)

blood draining from the sinus

a high temperature of 38ºC (100.4ºF) or above, although this is uncommon

These symptoms may develop quickly, often over a few days.

The pain caused by a pilonidal sinus can be severe and is likely to get worse without treatment. This can make it difficult to sit or lie down comfortably, which may affect your sleep. The pain may also affect your ability to work and your daily activities.

You should see your doctor as soon as possible if you suspect you have the condition. They can examine you and discuss possible treatments.

You really should seek medical attention within 24 hours honestly

Well im home now but yeah

Once as a college student I got sick, I went outside, proceeded to vomit, and then went to the nurse's office. Eventually I had to take a shit, so when I pulled down my pants, there was a huge brown stain in my underwear, apparently I had diarrhea when I was convulsing from vomiting and didn't even know it. I just went "oh well," had more diarrhea (this time in the toilet), then went back to the bed in the nurse's office waiting for my parents to pick me up. So my parents pick me up, we go home, and I already know I had to change my underwear because of what I saw in the bathroom, so I took off my shorts, then noticed the shit stain "bled" all the way through my underwear and shorts. So anybody that saw me during my walk of shame from the nurse's office to my parents' car (there were students EVERYWHERE) could've very well noticed that I shit my pants.

Went to pee and toilet was full of blood

Well, given that it's the same abcess you've previously mentioned, you absolutely, positively, need to get that addressed immediately.  The longer you have an improperly treated infection, the more likely you are to experienced something truly nasty like having the infection spread to other vulnerable parts of your body and blood poisoning.

Doctor. Now.

Abcesses root. They need to be cleared out, treated properly and all possible bits removed or they can necrotize surrounding areas and even get weird shit in your bloodstream to other parts of your body.

Making your toilet look like Odin stopped by on a bad day is not a good thing.

It will just get worse without a proper clearing done by a professional.

The odin comment made me laugh. >_> Though at first reading through the sentence I thought you actually meant the Norse god was furiously storming blood out of her, then I realized you were talking about our dear Odin with Crohns. >_>

Yep, our ginger Odin not Thor, God of the Bloody Butt Thunder. :D

Since he's even admitted it's was like Carrie at the prom, he's my go-to for any and all bloody toilet disaster stories.
