I've borrowed from this guy countless times and always hit him back as promptly as I can. Shit sometimes I even take him out to dinner or a movie as a thank you for being such a cool dude.

I hate asking for spots, rarely ever do it. And in this particular case he was the one who brought it up and said he'd be willing to help me out a little.

I was coming in here to bat for you, but then you said this shit. But I've mingled in these circles since I was 13 and a $30 debt ain't shit on the giving or receiving side. Worst case scenario, you just lost your plug if you don't pay the $30 and they'll put it out so won't anyone front you again. I've only had one dude who didn't really try to get out of paying me but he didn't have cash.......He just made other arrangements. Went to his job and hooked me up with some beer, snacks and smokes to cover his debt. Not sure what kind of dealers and users the rest of the people have dealt with where anyone is getting their hands dirty over a 2 digit debt. I mean people HAVE killed for less, but it's not that common without some sort of preexisting beef.
