One of the advantages of this community is that it's exponentially smaller than 4 chan or 8 chan, and users don't have the necessary anonymity to operate as dedicated bad actors. I would imagine the sheer size of those communities makes it easy for dedicated trolls to operate long term without being pegged and having to adapt their operation to be effective.
