If it weren't for my bike, I'd probably would never get cardio because going out on the river path every Saturday is my favorite thing to do. It's just a 13mile loop, an hour of fun in the morning before the sun comes out. But, now that I'm older, I have to kind of watch my heart rate and make sure I don't go crazy on the attacks. Also, I have to avoid falling off my bike... again. That shit hurts.
