Anything personal is going trigger that kind of reaction, even if it's intended to be satire. Buddy tends to have a simplistic view of Zeni, but I agree with the part about this being a persistent troll rather than the musing of a pedophile. What is authentic (and dangerous) are the elements of misogyny and it's derivative victimization, as occasionally highlighted by his referencing Eliot Rod gers. Ironically, the abuse he gets for his character's feigned pedophilia feeds and somewhat informs on his very real hatred of women.
