maybe twice a year ... maybe. I try not to because I always get anxiety about doing it. Usually I'll go on in and leave early if I feel sick. Most of the time I've called in when my baby is sick and fussy .... well when he was a baby We dont get sick pay unless you provide a doctor's statement. (which isn't in the policy but the senior manager wont approve sick time otherwise) Every illness doesn't even require a doctor's visit.

First day back from vacation .... and somebody has ripped the whole front drawer off my desk. What in the actual fuck man?! I have a little Totoro statuette and a little pink elephant that holds my pens and cell phone and I'm always afraid someone will smash my Totoro so I always lock him and my desk elephant in my cabinet. I guess when they realized they couldn't abuse my Totoro they just said ... well fuck your whole desk. Now I need to call maintenance.

Thats incredibly fortunate. They bought out some employees a few years ago but it wasnt anyone from our division. I'd love to be bought out so I could have a little cushion and finish this masters full time. If I was going full time Id have it in May and could get my practice license by the end of the summer.
