Service Merchandise was a catalog store (another was McDade's). The stuff they carried & sold was like one step above what you might see at an anchor type store (Sears, Macy's, Target). I don't remember any apparel, just hardlines (Jewelry, Electronics, etc) and gauche crap like this -

I think the Bears got it down within the 5. The polarizing nature of the Cowboys comes from the self-proclaimed "America's Team" nickname. It even bled over into Baseball, when some of the Cubs recorded "Men In Blue" with the line, "We're America's Real Team".

They can't challenge "unnecessary roughness" penalties. There was talk during the Bears post-game that at the Winter Meetings the teams are going to push for being able to challenge all penalties. Belechek brought it up years ago, then last year a couple other teams brought it up, but this season the officiating has gotten so bad that a lot of teams are po'd and want changes. There were a couple other questionable calls in the Bears game, a missed PI & a catch ruled out-of-bounds (a camera angle seemed to show the receiver in-bounds). Some guy on FB posted a crack about Bears Fans living in the past (1985), then proceeded to post a meme that had Clay Matthews (currently playing for the Rams). He never responded when I pointed that was "in the past" too.

Me as a little kid - finds about 300 toys in the Sears Wishbook that I want. Me as a pre-teen - not wanting too much as far as toys/games since I lived too far out in the stix, nobody my age to do stuff with. Me as a teen - wanting Blackhawks tickets from my Aunt/Uncle who had season tickets. Me as an adult - not really comfortable with the tickets & cash I'd get from anyone because I was always getting more than I was able to give. Me now - nobody left to give to other than charities, which is ok by me.

On a short punt, the Bear player timed the hit perfectly, making contact immediately after the Packer touched the ball. The Packer dropped the ball and another Bear grabbed it with no one between him and the goal line. Whistles blew (so do the refs) - "Kick-Catch interference"...Packers ball plus 15.
