  1. So you get vaginally discharged yet?
  2. ghostrek actually drives. @Sofa King Kule Packard, on the other hand . . . Edit: Now @Commander McBelch
  3. Shitty, predictable arc. 3/10
  4. And the poll is closed. I was gonna wait until now to add my comments so the voting would be more impartial. So, let's compare the results to the nation. About 70% of us have received at least one dose. About 44.1% of the US population has received at least one dose as of April 30, 2021. It takes about 70% of the population, whether vaccinated or previously infected, to reach herd immunity, and even with one dose the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines provide some protection against the virus. If the general population resembled our community more, we may have been much closer to obtaining it by now. Also keep in mind that most of the early vaccinations were to older people. Our community's median age is 30-something, yet a high proportion of us still got vaccinated. Impressive, honestly. I'll make another poll in June some time, just as a follow up.
  5. 2008 Ford Focus 2017 Nissan Rogue . . . that's it, lol
  6. Welsh corgi?
  7. JK Rowling approved.
  8. That's cool. On a related note, I live kinda close to the house they used for Buffalo Bill in The Silence of the Lambs.
  9. I don't recall this kind of behavior from ghostrek. His coming up with excuses for not getting laid is another thing entirely. If I'm forced to eat my words . . . well, whatever.
  10. holy fuck let party Initiative is everything. Once you're settled in the job, get laid already.
  11. Mealworms; low maintenance and all your essential amino acids.
  12. Well, I agree that nicotine is the main reason, and that the need to have something in your mouth (a dick) subsides. When I am in a quitting phase, I go through many packs of icebreakers, but the need greatly decreases throughout a month to eventually barely needing them at all.
  13. conditioned response
  14. I use icebreakers and try to deeply inhale the menthol. I've heard people using pens and straws.
  15. To add more, when I'm completely off nicotine for a while, I can freely smoke cigars and hookah and chew nicotine gum. That's not enough to get me back into the habit. Just one cigarette, and even if I've become repulsed to the smell of smoke, was enough to get right back into smoking a pack a day. My body just suddenly craves nicotine after a single cigarette. It's the same with vaping, which is why it is such a viable alternative to traditional smoking. So I really don't think it's just the chemical dependence. I've smoked hookah for hours on end, and I wasn't smoking cigarettes or craving nicotine again in the following weeks.
  16. Are you okay? I don't think I said anything absurd. Just responding to the context of this thread and your comments in this thread.
  17. I mean, you did say they deliver nicotine differently, so you had a chance to save yourself, but you doubled down on the crack to caffeine analogy. Oh well.
  18. It's also the oral fixation (LOL SUCKING DICK) that comes into play. Your brain develops muscle memory of the entire ritual of lighting up, inhaling, getting a nicotine fix, and then the dopamine release. Repeat and repeat. Nicotine patches are designed to slowly release nicotine throughout the day. Their main purpose is to stave off withdrawal symptoms, not replace the habit. Same with nicotine gum and lozenges. I guess there are some people who are addicted to receiving nicotine that way. Weirdos. If you don't understand, good. Nicotine addiction is a bitch . . . and the pandemic made me go back into the habit again. Fortunately, I'm vaping instead, but who knows what heavy metals I'm inhaling with each drag.
  19. Happy birthday
  20. I'm actually proud that you took initiative to change your situation.
