This was not totally unexpected. Stuff has been in the works for a while; Josh keeps us updated, but I'm a boomer, and I don't understand the technical issues. Look, I'm just pissed because I probably won't get to see Russell Greer's response to the court telling him that no, he can't sue his way onto America's Got Talent, and that mediation or arbitration are his only choices.

Time for the semi-annual complaint that every year, a cold becomes less of an inconvenience, and more an actual illness.

Apparently, it's been reported on Twitter that Chris escaped from court by climbing out the bathroom window. There is no proof of this, nor is it likely that it would be physically possible, given that Chris is still somewhat rotound, and has spent 40 years actively avoiding physical exercise (unless you count the curls he did with six packs of soda way back when.)

They should just join the Knights of Columbus. The knights say the rosary, and they get swords. (I have my grandfather's K of C sword in my umbrella stand.)

We had a van parked on the corner by our house for about a week back when we lived in Florida. The grand jury met, nothing has been released, but Chris was last on the docket, so the findings are probably sitting on somebody's desk. He has a hearing tomorrow, too, although nobody seems to know for what.

I don't know if I've just been lucky or if this an exceptional year for them, but the peaches have been simply amazing. Ditto the cherries.
