I'll just list a few that I like to watch.
Shesez: Boundary break is great for learning about tricks game developers like to use by letting you see things you wouldn't normally be able to see while playing games.
Binging with Babish: Started watching it because of the crazy food he made from television series, movies and games. He has expanded with legitimate cooking material.
LGR: I haven't been watching this as much lately but dude is super informative about old and weird tech. He also loves wood grain.
LockingPickingLawyer: Super good at picking/bypassing locks. Lock companies hate him! Great for learning about what's inside locks and their features.
Teamfourstar: I'm sure you've heard of this but in case you haven't, they have a great DBZ abridge series that have also done Hellsing and Yu-Gi-Oh.
Captain Disillusion: He debunks viral videos that really shouldn't need debunking but people are stupid. He teaches editing tricks and is a great entertainer.
He's trying to expand a bit because he doesn't want to be repetitive.
RedLetterMedia: Basically the only channel I watch for movie reviews. It's fun watching Mike and Jay goof around.
I also watch Tech channels like Tek Syndicate, Linus, Gamers Nexus and Level1Techs.
