I mean that's a standard wait time regardless of the roadside assistance package (unless you have like an in warranty luxury vehicle where they pamper you with 30 min ETAs.) My issues with Progressive is that their agents regularly don't tell their customers that they have to add it to their coverage, that it only works on the vehicles on the policy it's been added to, or that they only get 3 events every six months which can lead to people being stranded or having to pay out of pocket unexpectedly. You also only get 15 miles of towing (or less if you're in Virginia and North Carolina irrc which are capped by dollar amounts) which doesn't get you very far unless you're already in the town you want to go to. There are other insurance companies which give you the option of higher levels of coverage or will even cover you regardless of what vehicle you are in.
