This is true...people who are thin and live active lifestyles can still have a high bp or hc...it just happens to be more prominent in those who are overweight also you have to look at ethnic factors. Those whom are black have a higher risk of diabetes and heart disease...and being overweight exacerbates the issue

I’m 5’3...and I have to weigh 160...now the only thing my dr said to me after testing was where my strength is and where I need to focus to loose the optimal weight. as for a “diet”....she never even put me on one...she just restricted the amount of calories I can intake a day...but I still eat what I fucking want... my last weigh in was 65 pounds lost...my next weigh in is next week...and I already know I’m below target... she needs a new fucking doctor
