alcohol is going to dehydrate you and like all your organs are going to be less functional. I have worked out while drunk, and I know alcoholics who do it but still weed feels good and doesn't hurt you
I've changed my routines over the years but I do/have done running, treadmill/elliptical, calistenics, plyometrics, and squats/bridges/hip thrusts with free weights all high af. Tbh in the past I didn't do enough yoga/flexibility exercises haha. I like stuff that you can push yourself with and sweat a lot
