The problem is most of the people who bitch about politics in media don’t want politics from the other side in media, they either want the politics gone or with more nuance so it doesn’t feel like a lecture. So they came in with an extremely small audience who brushed off shows like “Mr. Birchum” (Sp?) a show that was trying to be King of the Hill with absolutely none of the charm, likable characters, or warmth, and the aforementioned ChinChila, a blatant knockoff of Bluey starring Rob Schneider. And clearly it didn’t work.
