They aired the show consistently for years, and as per DeMarco, went to bat to prevent its cancellation earlier numerous times. Even gave it a marathon. They tried everything and it didn't take. So what else can you really say?

Isn't it already on Netflix? Why Netflix would want to lock it up as an exclusive when it's a failure in ratings makes no sense.

While I could be a whiny brat and rub this in Moose's face like he keeps calling me out to do, let's be pragmatic. One Piece has been on the block for years. It has failed consistently to get ratings. It has failed to grow an audience. It has failed to be a thing in the USA. And after years of that, maybe it's time for a new approach.

Yes, blame the US for having better things to do than watch a children's cartoon show at 2:30am instead of sleeping, or partying, or...anything really.

No can accuse them of not trying. Because, Bah Gawd King, they tried. They tried really hard, and it didn't work.
