No one counts these $3 productions. We've had one LA Dragonball movie - Man of Steel. Unfortunately we also had Ghost in the Shell.

You know what the sad thing is? Dragonball stuff still does crazy well. That new video game (that looks better than Super, thanks Unreal Engine 4!) is essentially a license to print money. But Toonami can't make that into ratings.

I'm pretty sure I've seen fan films with bigger budgets. But that's Japanese. There's only one Western Dragonball movie - Man of Steel.
