The lines are plastic and require mandatory flushing out and super cleaning regularly otherwise the sugar syrups leave traces in the lines that breed bacteria because bacteria loves sugar. If the lines aren't maintained 100% [ which they rarely are because it's tedious ] , those buggy bits have a chance to build up and transfer to the soda as it gets pushed through the lines. Depends on the brand. There was one brand at the local natural food / import store that was just absolutely mouth wateringly delicious - both the pistachio and the rose varieties. Anyone who thinks cats don't have preferences when the tv is on is lying to themselves. Whether it's the voice pitch, the movement, or they totally understand everything going on and just play stupid so they don't have to go out and get a job is anyone's guess though. Your kitty is into classics. Previous kitty loved 'Pee-Wee's Playhouse' . I hated it and would rush to change or mute the channel before it could start otherwise she'd run into whichever room and immediately zone out watching it. She also liked '12 Oz Mo' . She would watch pretty much anything but those things were her things. She was also the one who learned how to use the remote control and would turn the tv on and surf while I was at work. Too many times it would be on Animal Planet when I got home to just be a coincidence. Current kitty screams for the tv to be on in the bedroom for Toonami. Doesn't matter if I'm watching it in the living room, she wants to lounge on the bed to animes. She comes running if she hears Toki from 'Metalocalypse' . And when watching anything 'Star Wars' , she perks up for Yoda and droids, ears go back whenever Vader is on the screen, and hates / ignores Luke with a passion. I've yet to test her interest on the final trilogy.

It's 'biblical' and therefore needs to be protected by being ignored / called a 'classic' . After all, the only way for a potentially defiled virgin to attain heaven is by marrying their defiler.
