The Annoying Orange did not fast track jack shit until the virus was well beyond established in the states and even then any fast tracking was more for show without any actual substance. He continuously claimed that it was nothing, it would all go away, that any concerns about it were crap. He bitched because golf courses closed due to rising infections and deaths and he couldn't understand why they would do that. He wasn't seen wearing a face mask until July. He deliberately contaminated an entire day's worth of covid testing material at a factory during a tour because of his bullshit beliefs that it wasn't a real thing but a photo op of him looking like he gave a shit was good business. His claims of all the vaccine ready to go out was a complete lie - the doses were never ordered, the money earmarked for them questioned, the stockpiles empty. The means to get them out to the population was never done - he claimed that the government wasn't a delivery service and couldn't be bothered to make any actual plans for proper distribution or follow-up with the people who could have done that. Had things been taken seriously starting back in December 2019 when there were the first reports of something happening overseas, had the pandemic playbook created to deal with potential future pandemics not been tossed because 'black man wrote it / words bad' , had the idiot not insisted that only hydroxychloroquine could be a possible cure and everything should be focused on that shit, had the isolationist policies of a racist assclown not been the word of the day for the last 4 years, vaccines could have potentially been out last fall because the entire world except us started working towards a vaccine using information that has been gathered and studied for the past couple of decades. Had anyone other than Diaper Baby been president, we might not have 548,171 currently allowed dead from this. That is your idiot's achievement - hundreds of thousands dead because lying and denying were easier than doing anything.

It's a 'ribbon' attachment for frosting bags. Each of those bits looks like it was carefully done by hand one small bit at a time to get the pixel effect instead of just doing a full length of coloring at a time.
