pretend you have a masters degree in every field, then do a job search. whatever qualifications that job wants, you aim in that direction

I can't believe this was actually a thing. I don't even have to play the video to remember this.. it's like they took the law of repetition and fucking ran with it head first.

What Are You Thinking About Right Now?

That I hate my coworkers man'splaining everything. I've had a lot of issues in the past with being a perfectionist in previous jobs, to the point where I was taken advantage of. And so with this job I decided to take a back seat and not be so particular about certain things. However now I'm being talked down to because I am not as thorough as everyone else. To give an example, I was wiping down tables one day and There was a marker stain on a table that was not coming up. so I go and get a Magic eraser from the break room to get the stain off the table and one of the guys questions me about how often I use the magic eraser and says that's not how you clean. He said that the magic eraser will ruin the finish on the table. but I've seen them use it for marker stains, that's why we have the product in the store. so I begin to say that I made the marker stain and that it was my fault and I'm cleaning it up when it wasn't my fault I just wanted to get out of the conversation. I feel like I'm being baited sometimes because there was one occasion where I was asked asked how I cook and told my male colleagues that I mostly know how to deep fry food and they went about telling me that I deep fry my food incorrectly and wouldn't let me speak. It's frustrating when someone asks you a question and then proceeds to talk over you When you answer them. I hope I don't offend anybody by saying this but one of them is a feminite gay man, The other is a guy that talks about strip clubs all the time. The gay man is the one that tried to coach me on how to properly clean. I just feel like I get more issues from the males in my job than the females. -
I get it on my arms. It's really embarrassing. I had a cold two months ago, and it popped back up, which being in sales is really difficult. I even have a weird coworker who pointed it out and asked "Hey what's wrong with your arm?" In front of my other coworkers, and I had to say "I have psoriasis and it's not contagious" It seems like once I get it it's a struggle to get rid of it I take a lot of vitamins to help, because I found that once I get sick and it pops back up then I need to be really hydrated and take vitamins trying to get rid of it I also have cortizone cream but that alone won't stop it. I think I do scratch in my sleep I'm considering wearing gloves to bed

It's someone switching carriers but want to keep their phone number. In this case they had 3 lines with Verizon and 1 line with some 3rd party carrier. They wanted all 4 lines transferred to t-mobile (where I work)
-
You work at a phone store. A group of customers come in wanting a 4 line transfer with number ports and data transfers... You happen to be closing with the store manager. You look at him to gauge his reaction and he says: "WELCOME!!! HOW CAN WE HELP YOU TONIGHT?"

In lain they speak of a god that always existed before the advent of what they call "protocol 7". Basically a program designed to connect people. So what you mentioned might be just that.

You should really check out serial experiments lain. It talks about Schumann Resonance. The idea that as people become more connected to the "wired" aka the internet, the world would function as one giant brain.

Not to mention the media outlets wanting to hold on to the content. It would be on their servers, and subject to their terms of use

Yes. You're right. I'm not sure how it would work but there must be a failsafe implemented.

Yes. It's just done online. The beauty of burning man, to me, is that people create an entire town and then destroy it. Nothing should look the same each time. It's an ambiguous event. on a different note: I think translating that to online would really be a kick in the face to influencers, icons, etc. Just like how a group of thousands of people making their own civilization is a kick in the face for traditional government.
