The way that you describe it, no, this is not an invasion of privacy, as you just happened to spot her from her profile picture and recognize her in a crowd. Knowing your history: I REALLY don't think that. What I REALLY think is no, this IS an invasion of privacy, as you stalked her, and created the situation where you'd run into her and be able to pick her out of a crowd. Then, trying to desguise it as "romantic concen", you spin this little yarn, trying to make yourself out to be the hero, when I know full well you're a fucking sociopath.
