Maybe I should actually try to write one of those. Sticking to iambic pentameter is hard.. I stopped the first verse for this rap at 16 lines so I think I should probably keep going with this one until 16. Not sure what to write next though. I want it to end playing one the name of the beat "Vicious Circle" so I can through some afro samurai dialogue in, and maybe some Mace Windu.

start out the day with a breakfast full of whole grains and mixed fruits.. when you can't go any longer mix all up with a dish consisting of some pasta or rice, mixed vegatables and a finely chopped slice of a meat.. chicken is always dubbed the healthiest, but meh..whatever floats your boat. Now for a third meal sphaghetti or whatever kinda high carb pasta, but EASY on that meat... the fuck am I going with this that sounds delicious though. I've taken nutrition classes and even went toe to toe with an actual nutritionist and she couldn;t bash my logic.. I think squash... greens like broccoli, spinnach, kale. Those aree good for puttin' you back in action, but the best dishes use some sort of sweet and sour/ vinnegrete to coat it with ... it's all in the mix It can be hard to make a good one for those on a really low calorie intake.

At it's height hiphop WAS based off of throwing your first line off a lil by shortening the next to match the first by a few syllables..but the more you mix it up the harder it is to continue.. There is SOME math to it..but I have yet to find a "mathematician" that can stand up to his word and deliver me a flow that is as simple as they make it out to be.. Well is it normal to spot them during the DAY. Actually I think it was a summer afternoon, but me and friend had spotted several females and even played around with them before pulling out the ATV. I was always a nature buff so when I spotted a large female I called him over to look at saying "You know what this is" He was like "woah a black widow" "look there's another one over there, and over there" The sun was low enough that it was making the weeds glow and I swear it was like there was one large female per large weed.. A real WTF moment for me, but I was kinda poor back then so when he pulled out the ATV and said you wanna ride it I guess the kid me gave zero fucks

Pretty sure it had to be the southern one.. especially out of the two you mentioned. I googled the city where I was when it happened. Well I was in the outskirts of the city in a little suburban area. Me and my friend where staying over at his older sister's house. Her and her husband had just bought the place and he turned the large backyard area they had into an ATV pit. There was still grass, and large uncut weeds in the middle and on the edges of the lot. I flipped an ATV into the weeds and ffreaked out when I saw a black widow trying to crawl from a weed onto my head.
