  1. Through years of trial and error I was able to "communicate" with one of my pet betta fish. It boiled down to a sort of sign language where I made a motion and he would make a motion in response. Super limited obviously but we were able to establish an affirmative motion for him to make in response to a few different propositional motions I would make. For example, if I pointed down and swirled my hand around it meant "play," which was like doing hoop tricks, playing tag or something simple like that. If he saw that and wanted to play, he would swim side to side, sorta like a dance. If he didn't want to play he would swim away then come back. Now he never knew any words or the real meaning of anything and I never knew what he was really saying. But we had a simple means of communication in a way. He was very smart for a tiny ass fish and he lived for 5 years. I'd say it wasn't until he was around 3 that I could do any of this at all. His brother was seemingly smart too but not cooperative and only learned simple tricks that a lot of my other fish learned. It actually doesn't take much to teach a betta fish easy things like jumping through a hoop or getting them to dance with you. So if that's possible with only physical communication, I'm sure Pokemon could learn from a trainer that couldn't speak to them. I've seen videos of mute dog and cat owners that can still communicate in some way, too.
  2. I can only do so much in 10 minutes, homie. Wasn't trying to make a hyper realistic blueprint nor an uncanny valley air brushed image of social media's version of perfection.
  3. I'm gonna break down what I did to your picture and what is realistic to help you both take better pictures and just look more feminine in general. Hair is a big factor. I styled your hair and gave it more volume while draping it over your shoulders. You'll have to find which product works best for you, but I advise not doing full washes on your hair (i.e. using products) more than every other day, so around 3 times a week. The rest is just taking a brush and styling it. All I did was part your hair in the middle and feather it out to drape in the front. Having it drape forward over the neck also makes your neck look thinner. I made the frame on your glasses a wider, full frame pair that was sort of cat eye style. I think the slightly thicker frames work better with your face shape. For lip gloss, I just used a bolder pink color. Nothing too crazy, just accenting the natural color of your lips with a darker coloration. This is going to compliment your eyes and draw the gaze back and forth from your lips and eyes. I applied a bit of an ivory look to your face, which can be achieved with very simple foundation if you desire. Nothing fancy here. Otherwise I put a simple eyeliner around your eyes. Mascara would be nice here, too, maybe something that adds volume to your lashes. Your pose and angle are the biggest factors in taking pictures. I didn't change your angle but I swapped your pose to have your chin sticking out a lot more. Looks more flattering. Beyond that it was simple brightness and contrast with a bit of color modification to look more appealing. I could have done more to clean it up but this was a rush job to show you how to quickly look more feminine and have a better picture. While I did thin out and stretch your eyebrows a bit, don't worry about this too much. It certainly helps but just avoid letting them become bushes. Another minor tweak was to your top. I pulled it down a bit and made the shape a wider, almost semi circle. A lot of women's clothing has this deep, circular cut, often to show cleavage.

  13. The serious dining spots have reputations to uphold, as well. For the amount of money a customer spends there, plus their reservations and any attire requirements, they deserve the best meal that can be provided. I have seen plenty of finished plates pulled off the line because they didn't meet the standards of the restaurant. We often feast with our eyes first, so appearances are everything at that level of dining. Why drop over $100 per plate if it's identical to diner food you can get for a fraction of the price? Plating and garnishing are super important, but above all else the food has to be a certain quality, as well. Not to mention these establishments often run limited items, based on what they were able to get that day/week, so they have to ensure they get things right the first time and not waste any of those precious, limited items. The meals are usually planned in advance, so your choices are limited to what was available and maybe a few different options prepared for that evening, not a full menu. Now I have worked at generic restaurants that served 6oz sirloins and we would serve them however anyone wanted them. But when I worked with wagyu? That shit was kept in a locked cooler and I wasn't even allowed to work with it for months until I was trusted. That stuff was often served one way and one way only, depending on the cut of the beef, so no wiggle room. Because what happens when someone gets a bad looking plate and they share it around online? That effects potential covers and it can be an uphill battle to win people back in a restaurant when they believe the quality has dropped, especially fancier places.
  14. You are not a chef at some "swanky restaurant." I have worked in 4 star resorts in Las Vegas. These places are reservation only and have a required attire. You can make all the burnt steaks you want, I don't care, but you are insulting people like me because you're being a petulant child about how your dead cow is torched.
  15. Us "assholes" are trying to serve you the best quality food we can. It may not be your preference but it's the best way to get the most out of your steak. To me, this is like you telling me ice cream is better completely melted versus being served frozen.
  16. I'm a chef and some restaurants will absolutely not serve you a well done steak. Lower tier places, like Outback or Longhorn, will have no problem serving you one, but places that serve higher caliber meat will sometimes refuse to entirely. It's basically reducing the meat down to a flavorless, often dry husk. That kind of beef has all its charm and flavor profiles in being cooked as little as possible. I won't go above a medium myself, and medium well is quite difficult to do correctly and has to be eaten immediately off the grill. A good steak does not need any sauces or seasonings, or at most a bit of butter and salt/pepper. Not being a snob and telling you how to eat, just explaining how to get the most out of a good steak.
  17. https://www.payless.com/ These will be cheaper shoes, both in material and price. Not always a lot available but not bad if you can find something. https://www.torrid.com/ More of a selection than Payless but also some cheaper material shoes and some decent material ones, too. Can be found in malls, as well, if you have any nearby. https://www.macys.com/ Tons of shoes to choose, prices varying across the board. Also in malls if available. https://www.dsw.com/en/us/ Lots of stuff here, too https://www.dillards.com/ Buncha boujee ass shoes here. https://www.famousfootwear.com/ Some familiar brands in larger sizes. https://www.kohls.com/ More familiar goodies, and they even go up to a size 15 in women's.
